A structured alignment sprint for leadership teams and founding teams who need to get on the same page before they build the wrong thing.
When your team is pulling in different directions, or strategy looks agreed on paper but isn't showing up in decisions, Foundation Lab surfaces what's actually going on and gets it resolved. You leave with documented outputs: a founding hypothesis, agreed priorities, decision criteria, and a shared direction everyone has bought into.
It works best as the centrepiece of a leadership off-site, strategy day, or annual planning session, and for teams navigating restructures, new leadership, or a direction that isn't landing.

I'm a facilitator and learning experience designer based in Melbourne.

Beyond the brief
Most mornings start with a gym session, a proper espresso, journalling and on weekends, the paper. I did a performing arts degree and used to dance, which probably explains more about how I design learning spaces than any methodology ever could.
Currently learning
French. A2, working toward B2. It's humbling in the best way.

How I spend a quiet day
Walking, reading, bullet journalling, hands in the garden.
Strongly held
A better camera doesn't make you a better photographer. The world doesn't care about our opinions, reality is indifferent to what we think about it.
One more thing
I'd rather celebrate other people than be the centre of attention. If I do something, I do it properly.
